- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email professionally
- Assess customer needs while maintaining CSAT and quality metrics
- Meet AHT, QA standards, and customer satisfaction goals
- Accurately document interactions in Salesforce/ServiceNow
- Input and maintain client records with high attention to detail
- Perform quality checks to ensure 99%+ accuracy
- Meet productivity targets while adhering to GDPR/HIPAA guidelines
- Generate reports and assist with data cleanup initiatives
Work model: Remote within US/Canada. Equipment provided.
